A major focus of ET 3 since 1997 has been a collaboration with the Congressional Black Caucus Education Braintrust in the design and coordination of an annual one or two day expo that convenes diverse stakeholders from the sectors of public schooling and higher education, private sector, government and community to celebrate information exchange, highlight TEC Champion Programs, honor TEC Pioneers/ Leaders who promote digital opportunities and engage youth as NetGeneration of Youth Cyberjournalists.
